The Facilities Show reflects a positive marketThe Facilities Show 2010 was a launch pad for a wide variety of new and innovative products and services when it took place from 11-13 May 2010 at the NEC, Birmingham. With over 170 exhibitors and 40 hours of free educational content The Facilities Show provided the 16,388* visitors with the ideal opportunity to explore the very latest that the facilities management market has to offer. Visitors were able to explore the latest products, services and innovations of leading brands including Shred-It, LTT Vending, CLM, Anabas, B&Q and powerPerfector. The success of the event was evident with nearly 60% of the 2011 floor plan booked before the show closed. “There’s no doubt that we’ve all been affected by the tumultuous economic conditions of recent years but we’re delighted that The Facilities Show is demonstrating that there is greater positivity returning to the market,” said Adrian Newton, Portfolio Director – Safety & Building Management. “The event’s exhibitors all commented on the quality of people they saw, saying that they were meeting people with genuine projects and real money to spend.” Visitors to the event were also able to gain free of charge entrance to the co-located events Safety & Health Expo and IFSEC, the world’s largest annual security event. The Facilities Show returns to the NEC Birmingham from 17-19 May 2011. For further details on the event visit www.thefacilitiesshow.com and follow us on twitter @facilities_show.
